Beautiful property, excellent customer service, perfect location in the center of downtown. The only minor issue is that the elevator was slow, particularly when we have a large number of guests due to a wedding.

Room was clean. Shower temperature was all over the place--either barely lukewarm or dangerously, scalding hot. Tile in the shower is also extremely slippery when wet and a potential slip and fall hazard.
