I was very happy to find this boutique hotel within shouting distance of the Messe. For many years I stayed at the Marriott but wanted a change. It is a charming, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff are particularly good natured and helpful. I hope no one reads this review so the rates don’t go up too much for next year. Be aware though it’s not fancy or upscale so if that is what you are after it may not be the right fit for you.

But generally speaking, if you've made your booking in the last 24 hours, you may be able to change or cancel it with no penalties. Your airline, hotel or car rental company may impose a fee if you made your booking a while ago.

Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later West holidays?
Your bank balance shouldn't stop you from going on holiday, so Expedia has worked out a solution to help. Now that we've joined forces with online lender Klarna, it's easier than ever to book a terrific getaway without drying up your savings. Klarna offers flexible payment options at checkout that take the worry out of budgeting for your break. Check out these flexible payment options:

  • Pay monthly holidays: If paying bite-sized amounts each month sounds best for you, Klarna can help. Paying in convenient monthly instalments will make that dream getaway possible.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it easy to pay off your holiday over multiple transactions.
  • Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than the full total upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, consider a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.

Where should I stay in West?
Stay where the action is. Many visitors book hotels around top sights, like Porta Nigra, Arena Trier and Roman Bridge.
What are the top hotels in West?
Romantik Hotel zur Glocke and Park Plaza Trier are among the most well-known properties in West. Why not have a look at the rates and facilities at each and then decide?
How far in advance should I book my West holiday?

If you've left things to the last minute, you could still be in luck. Sometimes the cheapest prices become available only weeks prior to departure.
