This property is located 1 mile from the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is minutes from shops and restaurants but located on the edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a brand new couch, that converts to a very comfortable queen memory foam sleeper sofa, and a 48 inch smart TV that is connected to our WiFi and has a Netflix account ready to use. Unfortunately we do not have cable TV. We also have a DVD player and a small selection of DVDs from which to chose. The kitchen has a table that seats 6 and contains brand new stainless-steel appliances including a ceramic stove-top, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking and dining ware you will need. The house has 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. We also have a full size washer and dryer for your use. There is a one car garage to park a small vehicle in OR to store your hunting, fishing, or snowmobiling gear in. Out front is a small deck with a gas grill and a bistro table and two chairs. It will be a relaxing place to come home to after a busy day touring Yellowstone. Perfect for small families, two couples, or two adults who would like different bedrooms. We have two rentals side by side. The other rental is the same layout, but has a Wildlife theme. The pictures were spot on to the actual conditions and amenities, kitchen fully equipped for our daily breakfast and dinner. The welcome gift of coffee and chocolates was well appreciated. The cabin is located in a quiet area. Parking is without any problems at the house. Sarah is a great host, very helpful, and we appreciated her hospitality. It was cozy, comfy, and well-stocked. We appreciated that there was a cooler and ice packs to use for day trips into the park. The cabin is in a quiet area, but close to downtown West Yellowstone and many restaurants. Sarah was great at communicating with us! I’d definitely stay here again. ##### Karen K. Smooth as smooth could be. Unfortunately mother nature had other plans with unprecedented flooding in Yellowstone Park, but we were so close to everything we were lucky to catch almost everything we wanted to see in the 2 days before they closed the Park. We were a family of 5, and still fit well. Clean, well-stocked, safe, and convenient. Not much more we could have asked for ##### Chris M. Maybe this house was our lucky charm, we had a vacation of our lifetime, complete with multiple bear sightings with cubs and gorgeous weather all three days of our stay! The cottage is perfectly located to be in a quite area but very close to all the shops and restaurants of West Yellowstone. It felt great to return to the well maintained, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable house after long days of driving and trekking. Sarah is a great host and we appreciate her timely communications and upkeep of the house. If we make another trip to Yellowstone we will definitely look at booking the same house. ##### Krishanu K. Well stocked kitchen, nice "home" touches in hand soaps and tissues, along with spacious rooms made our stay very enjoyable. Sarah and her team were very responsive and made "check in" very easy. I have severe allergies so it was great. The place was clean and comfortable. It is so close to West Entrance of Yellowstone. It is a very private and quiet place. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy. Both bedrooms are downstairs. There is one bathroom downstairs and one on the main floor. Parking is a little limited but it was fine because the people staying in the other houses around it were so nice, and we got to chat. I would recommend this house. ##### Laura G. This home was extremely convenient to Yellowstone, and had everything we need plus more. The home is gorgeous! Completely redone inside with a beautiful western theme.
