We stayed here for a recent trip and overall had a decent experience. Finding the lodge was very easy, and it’s conveniently located right down the street from the park entrance, which was a huge plus. If you stay here, I would recommend parking on the street because the parking inside the property is extremely tight. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast cost $15, but it looked pretty basic for the price, so we decided to skip it. The room itself was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and having a TV in the room was a nice touch after a long day. The biggest downside was that the walls were very thin — we could hear our neighbors throughout the night, which made it difficult to fully relax and sleep.

I liked the unique room setup with the stairs leading up to the bed area. I think that was only a handful of rooms, though. Lobby pictures don't match reality. Coffee was okay. Definitely felt like I stepped back in time to a motel from my childhood. Overall, not bad for the price. Super convenient to find when I exited Yellowstone (just keep going straight and it's on the right), which is excellent because I hadn't had GPS signal all day. Parking lot on the left side was tight and full, so I parked on the street. I would have preferred a space that I could see from my room.
