The mobile home is very clean and comfortable. It doesn’t look much from the outside but pretty nice inside. We loved the master suite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some quick breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend it to groups of 5-6\. We were travelling with a baby and Brandi and team helped us get a high chair and crib per request. It was clean and up to date meeting our needs with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only negative is the "parking lot". It rained a great deal of the time while there and the parking area is unpaved so we tracked in dirt and mud. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the facility, the owner's response to a minor repair and the management company. ##### Doug S. Beware the hot water runs out fast if you use the tub or more than one shower at a time. Everything there worked great. Home was located close to town but not too close that it’s noisy. Very close to park. A/c helps keep it cool if runs 24/7, but doesn’t ever get really cool, you have to open a few windows once it gets cool. Also, the sun comes in the cracks of the master bedroom super early, so you have to stuff something around the edges to avoid 4am ( or whenever sunrise is) wake up. ##### Crystalyn Hope C. When we got there the dishes were dirty and we had to run the dishwasher. I think at one time the property was in good shape but it has not been maintained. There was dust on all the lampshades and dirt on the floor. It looked like the cleaning crew did not vacuum properly. Maybe the problem is the cleaning crew. ##### RANDY E.
