Walk to Seagull Beach from this Pristine Cape Cod Getaway Home

  • This house is the perfect vacation spot! You can't get a rental any closer to Seagull Beach (0.4 miles) than this fantastic location. This bright, pristine duplex has many amenities including high-speed WiFi in case you want to stay connected. Swimming and fishing are just a walk away! West Yarmouth is close to Hyannis and centrally located for all Cape attractions.

    Enjoy this newly remodeled child friendly home with lots of light. The unit has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a full and twin size beds. Full closets in both bedrooms. The updated kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that you'll need, including a K-Cup coffee maker. There's central AC and heat, as well as a cool summer breeze if you choose to keep the windows open. The bathroom has also been updated and there's a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The open living room and dining room has a lovely fireplace that opens up onto a private patio. Enjoy the private outdoor space-- outdoor shower to wash up from a day at the beach and BBQ for some delicious grilling. There's parking for 2 cars on site. A third car may be accommodated upon request.
