It is particularly close to the ferries to the islands. Good restaurants close by. The house was immaculate. AC in two bedrooms and living room, it was hot and we sure needed them! Clean home with a comfortable feel. Bathrooms and bedrooms were neat and clean! Kitchen was very organized and easy to find everything. Location is in a nice residential area with a close drive to the beach. My only two suggestions would be to maybe lower the bed near the bathroom (very high - mattress is almost too firm in comparison to other beds in house) and add some type of privacy curtains/blinds to the kitchen and living room.
