The neighborhood is quiet and is just 100 yards from the beach. It has a nice, large porch, and all the amenities to cook at home. Hyannis has plenty to do - fishing charters, boat cruises, and ferries to/from islands. Hyannis center is a 3 minute drive from the house. For a family of four, we were very comfortable.
