The layout is quite comfortable for a rental and would be perfect to accommodate two families vacationing together. Despite being a dog-friendly rental, it felt very clean (hasn’t always been our experience with rentals). The beach was perfect- a short walk away and super quiet. The house was well-equipped with beach essentials- chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which we appreciated. The deck of the house has the potential to have an amazing view of the creek in the backyard, if only a tree was trimmed. Tip: If you plan to cook, might want to bring your own pots/pans and a large serving platter. I’m not a chef and we did a fair amount of takeout, but I struggled with the pots/pans and the house didn’t have any decent sized serving platters. Made making family meals a little difficult.
