  • Enjoy your vacation at this newly listed, beautifully updated West Yarmouth home! It offers spacious, one-level living with nice hardwood floors throughout. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it sleeps up to 6 very comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, cozy dining area, and two comfortable living spaces for family and friends to relax. The primary bedroom is set apart from the other bedrooms and features a queen sized bed, 26" flat screen Tv, sitting area and private, ensuite bath with glass shower stall. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third a double sized bed and a bunkbed. Down the hall is also a second full, common bath with tub/shower combination. The deck off of the living area features a gas grill and outdoor furniture and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an evening barbecue. The outdoor shower, just off the deck, is perfect for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. Great amenities such as central air, wireless internet and washer/dryer complete this great home! Book today for your choice of weeks! Off season 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee available! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
