Outdoor furniture and fire pit was our hangout. Living room and tv just big enough and good for rainy nite. Beds very comfy and 2 bathrooms perfect. Loved outdoor shower. Nice neighborhood to walk and 1 mile from small family beach. Driving distance 20 minutes hyannis' and an hour to provincetown. A lot to do on the cape for all of us, visit the vineyard, restaurants which all were delicious, deep sea fishing, national sea shore beaches, rail trail, and of course Provincetown. The inside of the house was spotless, had everything we needed, communication with Delmar was great. However, we could not enjoy the backyard. The backyard is sand and weeds and the sand fleas were so bad we could not sit outside. Our legs were covered in flea bites after the first afternoon sitting outside. Red, itchy bumps covered our legs. I have pictures of how bad it was. The house and location were wonderful as long as you do not want to sit in the yard. ##### Stacey M.
