We were not there to use the casino/we were in town visiting our grandson. The hotel was quiet, clean and we were comfortable having our grandson there to use the pool. The take out from the restaurants were convenient as well. Very nice hotel with affordable rates

The room hvac was and curtains were not operating. At the pool a glass door break on someone and injured him and then pool remain closed

The person working the evening I checked in was less than courteous on the phone. Very short with me and cut me off several times. This interactions thong was brought up when I checked out the following morning and the hostess was kind and gracious in her receiving of my message.

Our suite was exceptionally clean (amongst the best we've ever seen), the property is an absolute gem in its location, and it is so peacefully quiet. The only thing better than staying at Snug Harbor would be to buy waterfront property ...
