Couldn’t check in because there system was down. Had to wait an hour. Finally got in the room. Room was mostly clean, hairs in bathroom. Ew. No hair dryer. Hamptons on the Hudson in South Saugerties
5 Amenities did not match listing- incorrect bed count/size, hot tub and outdoor fireplace not cleared for use, request for house shoes without prior notice and not enough towels in bathrooms (1 towel downstairs, 4 towels upstairs for 8 people), no dishwasher pods.
