This is a great hotel! Staff during all day parts was amazing! Bartender was friendly all the time! This is a great location a few steps away from bourbon street, yet far enough from the madness.

Loved the location, the property, & really happy with all the amenities -- loved our room, very well stocked & staff responsive to requests (robe, more water, etc), breakfast was perfect. Some great entertainment; the pool and roof bar was an amazing find with excellent wait staff & awesome drinks & apps. No issues getting a late checkout. However, we did find a lot of the front desk staff and in particular the bartenders in the lobby bar and restaurant to have an "attitude", borderline begrudging but defnitely not warm and friendly. Still, all in all, it was a great stay, we'd go back again, & we will recommend.
