Wake to the sounds of the Middle Fork Mokelumne River, enjoy coffee overlooking the water, relax beneath the riverside pergola, fish along the property, or take a swim when river conditions allow.

    The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with space for families and groups to relax together. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bed, while the third has two twin beds. The two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

    Inside, you’ll find the warmth and character of a historic home along with modern comforts, including a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, comfortable living and dining areas, and plenty of room to unwind.
