"We enjoyed our stay. The hosts are quick to respond and provided good information about the Maricopa and surrounding areas. The pool (warm) and patio area are comfortable and well maintained. Nice view of the Phoenix mountains. Located close to grocery stores etc. Residential quiet area. There are bikes, coolers etc for your use. Plenty of square footage. Well stocked with towels, laundry detergent and the basics. This is a pet friendly rental, there is an odor throughout the home. Not sure if it is a pet smell or something else. Horrible— No but it’s worth mentioning. "

"The host was very welcoming and answered every question we had promptly. The house was modern and clean, and the directions the host gave were perfect. She was flexible with the pool heating schedule which we appreciated. The house is in a great neighborhood--quiet and safe. The house felt very spacious for our party of three siblings. All in all, a lovely property!"
