Very nice apartment. Would suggest black out curtains in the primary bedroom as there is an outside light that shines into the room even with the blinds closed

I chose surf and sand for the first trip I’ve ever put together myself and to say my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement! The vibe of the entire hotel is so cozy and the hang out/beach area behind the hotel is absolutely amazing!! I cried having to leave my home for the last week that’s how amazing it was and you do not break the bank to stay there especially with everything they provide for you! The kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles are FREE to use once you check in and meet with the front desk to sign whatever item you want to use out! 10/10 stars from the staff to the environment. You will not be disappointed staying here! We also walked to the beach everyday from our hotel and it was 10 min or less until we touched the sand each time! Sincerely a young 20 something who lives paycheck to paycheck. This is the place to stay in Pensacola without a doubt!

Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.
