Escape to the perfect lakeside retreat with this beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on the serene shores of Pigeon Lake. Offering breathtaking water views, this cozy yet spacious getaway is ideal for family gatherings, weekend escapes, or leisurely vacations along the lakeshore.  
  
 Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets from the expansive deck, perfect for entertaining or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. A delightful 3-season room provides a cozy spot to relax and take in the beauty of the lake, no matter the weather.  
  
Inside, the open concept living area is warm and inviting, with ample natural light and rustic charm. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals to share at the dining area overlooking the lake views.  
  
Four comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests, while two full baths ensure convenience and comfort.  
  
The main floor bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a full bath. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and separate twin bed and two additional guest rooms each have a twin over full bunk. These upper-level bedrooms share a full bath.  
  
THE LOCATION  
This cottage is within walking distance to private association Lake Michigan Beach access as well as use of the association tennis courts.   
  
Pigeon Lake is also a popular spot for boating, fishing and kayaking and directly accessible from the cottage. Grand Haven is just a 15-minute drive away and provides endless dining, shopping and entertainment options - home as well to Grand Haven State Park with sandy beaches and access to the channel.

\- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.  
\- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.  
\- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.  
  
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Need warning tape on step on deck. We experienced 2 fallls.Screen on entry door was broken.Outside garbage had not been collected. Terrible smell. Something dead in can.
