Clean rooms, very nice staff. Food has affordable, very nice breakfasts buffet,pool was warm and clean for the most part. The cocktails are in point the outside bar, Erik makes the best piña coladas.Very nice experience had a blast with the family

The elevator was broken and the hotel overall is very run down. It's like a rental property that's only held together by the layers of paint on the walls.

The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees ...
