  • Every guest gives rave reviews! Over 1600SF of indoor living space (1 level) provides plenty of room for family/friends. Large open entertainment room, w/big table, coffee bar, countryside views from large windows. Sunroom over looks beautiful country setting, screened-in gazebo, deck w/grill, campfire area and outdoor ambiance lighting at night will make you want to relax outside well into the evening. Have fun playing corn hole in large back yard!This home is completely renovated and in "brand new" condition. All new furniture and bedding, quality of an upscale hotel! Only 12 minutes to Purdue University.

Great Country Home

We were so thrilled to have found a wonderful property close to Purdue to serve as our home away from home while we visited our son. Perfect autumn retreat!

We had a lovely weekend getaway. There were 5 of us and we all had very comfortable accommodations. This home is very spacious and has a great kitchen. The fire pit was perfect for this time of year. The neighborhood is very quiet and the land is beautiful. It was the perfect meeting spot for our group.

I was sent instructions from VRBO the week before our trip telling me about a ramp closure and alternate route to property. The ramp was not closed and we were about to find the property without issues using GPS. The info made a bit of unnecessary confusion. Peaceful and Beautiful Country Oasis

This home was a peaceful and beautiful oasis that was perfect to recharge and unwind in after busy days of visiting family and seeing local attractions. Since it was over the winter holiday, the Christmas tree and decorations were nice homey touches and the rabbit and deer sightings made it extra special. Definitely recommend!

The property was beautiful inside and out. Liked the country setting. Plenty of room for all and the backyard was enjoyed by the kids. Fire pit and enclosed porch definitely pluses. Close to Purdue, but just far enough in the country

This was our first trip to West Lafayette as a family. We were dropping our son off at Purdue and wanted a home base close enough to the University but a bit outside of the city. This was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. A short drive to some great restaurants but nice and quiet at night. We will be back.

Perfect for Son’s Purdue Move-in

We came to the area to move my son into the dorms for his first year at Purdue. It was nice to return to a clean, quiet house. It was only 15 minutes to the campus. It’s nice and open and plenty of space for a family. So much more pleasant than staying in a hotel! I loved drinking coffee on the porch swing in the backyard in the mornings. Bunk bed was a little short for a teenager but my son managed! Great amenities and the coffee maker was the best.

If the worst thing you can say is.....

...you wish the shower had separated the temp and the on/off control handles - you know you're in a great place! ;) Attention was paid to not only big-picture remodel items - but also attention to detail on the small things that makes it a welcoming and comofortable place. Beautiful design, enjoyed hanging out with family and friends. Communication was excellent! After a minor typo on the lock code kept us from getting in, owner was immediately available on cell phone and corrected on the spot. This will be one of the first places we look next time we're in town!
