"Our king size bed in 210 was terrible and very lumpy. Rented the king suite for four people, and there was only two towels and no bedding for the pullout couch and they did not have any extra pillows available at the front desk. We had rented two king-size suites for seven people and were not provided with any extra bedding, extra pillows or towels. The cost for the two rooms was close to $700 so it seems like those things should be available. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel overall was lacking."

"The hotel is clean, it is not new but with good maintenance. The breakfast options includes some fruits like apple and banana, salad fruit, yoghurt, bread, and some pastries (cupcake and donuts). The parking lot looks safe. The front desk staff was very kind and ready to help."

"Mediocre Stay Despite Welcoming Staff I chose this hotel based on its high ratings just before our departure from Miami, but unfortunately, the actual experience was quite substandard. While the staff members were notably helpful and kind, the facility itself failed to meet even average comfort levels. Several issues made our stay inconvenient: Room Amenities: Upon arrival, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in our room were already empty. It is quite unprofessional that housekeeping failed to check or replenish these essentials before our check-in. Communication Issues: The room telephone was non-functional, making it impossible to reach the front desk for assistance. Having to manage requests in person due to equipment failure was a significant drawback. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was a major letdown. The food options were unhealthy, and the setup was disorganized and lacked care. It certainly did not match the standards suggested by previous reviews. Regrettably, while the team appears to be doing their best, the management needs to prioritize maintenance and catering quality. I would not recommend this property until these fundamental issues are addressed. "

"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! House REEKED of marijuana, we could hardly breathe! The house and ductwork needs seriously cleaned after a group of guests refused to leave the property the day of our arrival. The owner warned us of their late departure stating we may not be able to check in until 8pm complaining they were horrible guests but never mentioned that they smoked the place out and we may want to find somewhere else to stay. We opened the door on arrival to be overwhelmed and nauseated by the stench and were concerned about our children’s safety breathing that in all night. After being told how terrible the previous guests were, we were uncomfortable using many of the amenities for fear of what happened there. The smoke detector in the master bedroom woke us up chirping then found that 3 of the smoke detectors in the house had been removed. On top of that, we found a 6 legged bug on us from the bed and the hot tub was low on water. We waited over an hour for it to heat up before finally giving up. This was one of the features that drew us to the house. After informing the owner of our disappointment and requesting him to make it right, he acknowledged that he knew it was bad and only made excuses complaining that they had to pay an additional person to come clean and they tried to air it out the best they could, but avoided doing the right thing by offering us compensation for the unfortunate situation we were in. THANK GOODNESS WE WERE ONLY STAYING ONE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
