The resort-like amenities include a BBQ island w/ ice maker, sink, & bar-top, the new gazebo offers a serene space to relax, and the YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL is the perfect place gather under the Cali sun! Lots of outdoor seating within the 8 foot tall privacy walls. Enjoy this private property all to yourself!

House has 7 bedrooms 2 king and 5 queens 5 bathrooms and a full kitchen.
Natural Gas BBQ grill and heated pool can be used all year round!
New A/C unit installed to keep you cool (or warm) when you need it! Main house has a brand new Central Air system PLUS the master bedroom has it's own additional Mini Split AC unit.
This property is permitted within the City of Los Angeles as a short term rental property and is hosted by Shirley, a SuperHost!
*** This is not a party house! We do not allow parties at all! Music can only be played from Handheld Bluetooth devices or Mobile Phones only. No Amplified music allowed. This property is surrounded by neighbors, please respect them.
*** There will be a MANDATORY $500 fine imposed on guest if neighbors complain or police show up at all. Following further subsequent fines from the city and/ or police department. This is not a party house. ***
~ Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener 2x p/wk, pool man 4x p/wk, privacy & security, parking, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper/ blow dryer/ iron/ coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (water/ power/ gas).
CLEANING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. This allows us to provide the same level of exceptional service to all guests.
