Das Haus selbst bietet 3 Schlafzimmer. An manchen Ecken knarrt es, aber das ist bei älteren Holzhäusern so. Küchenausstattung bietet alles, nur das Besteck ist etwas knapp, aber dafür gibts die Spülmaschine. Das einzige was wir vermisst hatten, war ein Toaster. Die Unterkunft selbst ist dicht am Highway und an der LIRR, sodass man immer gut wegkommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe und auch der nahegelegene Park lädt zum verweilen ein.
