"Check in was odd. Desk person loud and did not offer info. Just kept asking questions, like ifknew when breakfast was. I said no, and had to ask where it would be served, where elevators were, wifi connection... 😒"

"The hotel lobby was clean, updated, and smelled great. The room was clean, had been updated fairly recently, but had a few flaws here and there. Nothing major. The breakfast had a lot of choices and it was kept up well. (I do wish hotels would offer almond milk for those of us who can’t drink dairy milk.) In our room you could hear a little highway noise, so I put the fan on “constant” mode and it drowned it out pretty well. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, and we feel like it was a great deal for the reasonable price."

"Hotel was clean and well maintained. It was busy with several sports teams staying on the property. There were times when there was limited staff available @ the front desk. It seemed there were a couple employees stationed there so it was a bit frustrating that there was a significant wait for assistance."

"This place is perfect for large gatherings! So much to do all ages! The game "garage" is excellent to host any sort of fun for hours/days. The location in West Des Moines was so close to shopping, restaurants, arcades, and bars just minutes away. I will not be surprised if my family decides to do another stay here!"
