"The grounds at this resort were beautiful. Very quiet with a creek running by it. The unit we stayed in was very dated. Looks like no updates or deep cleaning for a long time. With that said surfaces were clean as were sheets and towels. We had a large unit with a large deck. For the price it was good and we were comfortable. We were happy we stayed there versus in town Sedona. "

"Beautiful, peaceful setting. Nice home, well appointed & laid out, very comfortable. Loved the extended outdoor living space - the tall pines & lush plantings were perfect for drawing in various types of birds right at eye level with the elevated decks. The sunlight changing thru out the day made the Mountain View change with each passing hour. The only minor disappointment was the condo wasn’t on the creek bank. It was up on the hillside overlooking oak creek though you could hear it. Thanks for a beautiful stay "

"The location of this property is convenient and close to town, making it easy to access many of the attractions and things you’d want to do in Sedona.However, the cleanliness of the property was questionable upon arrival. There was hair in the shower drain, the floors were dusty, and there were noticeable stains and dings on many of the walls. Additionally, the AC was not working during our stay, and I did not receive a response from the host when I reached out for assistance, which was frustrating.Overall, while the location is a strong point, the cleanliness and lack of communication regarding maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected."
