The room was well appointed with a good kitchenette. It's location is very convenient with a five minute walk to the Earl's Court tube and groceries stores.

Excellent hôtel, très propre, récemment rénové. Personnel aimable poli et toujours souriant. Le buffet déjeuner est abondant et beaucoup de variétés . Lit confortable, ventilation silencieuse. Bien situé. Le seul petit bémol, on entend très bien les bruits dans les corridors, manque d'insonorisation.

This property has a beautiful garden. A new owner did a nice job of rehabbing the property about 2 years ago. The rooms are quite nice, and it’s a decent value by london standards. I have stayed here several times (in Dec ‘25 and April ‘26). I used to also stay here even more frequently under the prior owners. It’s a very convenient location near the earls court tube station. If you use a wheelchair, I would not recommend. The bar and restaurant are both good. You don’t get much help with luggage. The main issue I have had both times is that they don’t get the bill right. They fixed it, but they routinely add charges without permission (an across the board service charge, without your consent, plus other incorrect charges). Ultimately it all got fixed, but it’s pretty annoying. Other than these issues, it’s really very good and you will love the garden! I go back for the garden!
