Imagine waking up to the most breathtaking view of the ocean, sound of the waves and tropical breeze. During the day enjoy the white sandy beach, excellent snorkeling and fishing right outside your door. In the evening enjoying a drink while watching a stunning sunset! Please view video of our apartment on VRBO and our beach on You Tube. For your comfort and enjoyment, we offer all linens and towels. We have a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, dining and drink ware as well. We also have internet and TV in living room among all essential items an apartment would have for day to day living needs including washer and dryer. Also available are two Kayaks and two bicycles for both Apartment use. Please bring water shoes to access snorkeling. To travel to the Cayman Brac Cayman Airways have numerous flights daily from Grand Cayman. Beaches are rocky and not easy to enter the water, water shoes definitely needed. Strong NW winds and waves prevented us from snorkelling and swimming. We were able to snorkel one morning in front of the property and the fish life is like swimming in an aquarium. A few plastic dishes would be nice to eat outside or on the beach. Great value for the money. Pretty little sandy beach but with the caveat that water shoes are a must. Good location close to several restaurants and quiet as the property is on a dead end street. Check in/out and communication with property manager was excellent with fast responses to any questions or concerns I had. While the Brac is small, a rental car is almost a necessity. Stayed 10 nights in Apr 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bryan B. 30 May 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great unit We got off the plane, went accross parking lot to CB car rental and in 10 minutes we were at our unit..It is the unit in the back, but the beach/ocean are right out front, with no neighbors on the side and last place on the dead end road, it was peaceful and quiet..Place was perfect size for wife and I, with bedroom,bathroom and kitchen/sitting area..Close to restraunts and market was a nice feature.. Food is expensive and we went to market deli for lunch most days...Plenty to do on the island with cave visiting, we snokeled at scotts dock down the street.. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.. ##### Bryan B.
