The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. The view from our deck was absolutely beautiful. Great sunsets over St John every evening. I felt bad for how much we had to contact the property manager, but we had quite a few reoccurring issues. We had daily issues with one of the mini splits cooling the room. We had an ant issue and the ants got into our shoes at the door. We lost power due to a circuit break issue while we were trying to get ready to go out to dinner.Overall the location and staff were excellent. We appreciated housekeeping / perfect cleanliness. the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great. location by the sea is ideal for swimming any time . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only real issue was there is no restaurant or bar on property. We originally booked through Expedia who listed these amenities on the property. We were able to get some groceries and also took a short taxi ride to Soppers Hole to find restaurants. Justin the property manager went out of his way to help us get anything we needed. He answered all messages very quickly, helped arrange transportation and was very easy to deal with. The units are right on the water so there are amazing views right off of the porches. Bedrooms had air conditioning which worked great! Justin told us they are working on getting a restaurant/bar open but had no time frame…overall it was a nice place to prepare for our sail, then come back and relax for a day before traveling home! ##### Craig B.
