This townhome, set back for extra privacy, features an open living space with vaulted ceilings, a 3-sided fireplace, and a large kitchen. A spacious family room perfect for your entire group to relax comfortably. Easy access to trails for hiking, biking, and snowmobiling. Your perfect Vermont retreat awaits!

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicles are recommended.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Great ski condo

This was a great ski condo and was ideally located near Mt Snow accessible by the shuttle to the mountain which picks you up in front of the unit. It was very spacious, cozy and clean. It was also very convenient to the area restaurants and local food market.
