Welcome to this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home in West Covehead, offering sweeping views of Covehead Bay and Prince Edward Island National Park. Perfectly located just minutes from some of PEI’s most stunning beaches, scenic trails, and local attractions, this home is an ideal base for exploring the north shore while enjoying a peaceful waterfront setting. You’re a short drive from Covehead Beach, Brackley Beach, golf courses, local seafood spots, and only about 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown.
Inside, the home features a bright, open-concept living space that brings together a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, direct access to the deck, and incredible water views that make waking up here truly special. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and a double bed, providing plenty of space for family or friends. There are two full bathrooms, including a spacious bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. Please note that room décor may vary slightly from photos as we continue refreshing and redecorating the home; however, all advertised bed sizes will be present.
The outdoor spaces are a true highlight. Enjoy your mornings or evenings in the screened sunroom, which is equipped with a bar and a comfortable daybed, relax on the deck furniture while watching the sunset over the water, or unwind in the covered hot tub—perfect for use in any weather. Guests are also welcome to enjoy two kayaks provided on site. The fully fenced backyard overlooks the ocean, making it a great space for children and a safe, welcoming area for your furry friends—this home is pet friendly.
Please note that this property includes a separate basement apartment. The home shares a common exterior entrance, after which both units are fully separated by their own private interior entrances. During your stay, you may occasionally see the tenants or notice their vehicle parked in the driveway. For this reason, parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles per group. We believe in full transparency so you can feel comfortable and confident when booking.
