Hi Luxton, Here’re some input from my stay: Cleanliness of the bathroom need more attention. The toilet bowl and the nozzle of the toilet seat which spray the water needs to be cleaned quite shocking, the shower tiles need a good scrub, the bathroom fixtures had leakage from calcium deposit, the limescale and the grout needs attention. Dont forget the mini fridge needs a good wipe also. Cleanliness of the soft furnishing also needs to be supervised. Stain here and there also a small hole. Thank you.

Overall is excellent. Well about the breakfast, pancakes is not soft at all. I love the cold salad. And for the sausages, please upgrade to the better quality one. Room service is quite slow. Pillow is too flat. But the room and pool is spacious, and im impressed with the health protocol applied in this hotel.

A weekend in Cirebon, I have stayed here several times, the rooms are nice and overall feeling about the hotel is good, but there are a few points to improve - extremely high price for beers, should implement happy hour - F/B section not really impressive if the hotel should be qualify as 4 star.

Excellent Place to Stay in Cirebon

We took the recommendation of our local partners and booked a night at the Luxton. We were definitely right to do so as it is a very comfortable hotel, with a friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location. I checked-in with a group of 15 and the staff was very efficient and courteous. I needed to print several documents and the staff insisted I email them the files and they took care of everything else for me. The gym was clean and well kept, with plenty of room to work out and all the basic equipment anyone could ask for. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet with a wonderful mix of local and Western dishes. I would recommend the Luxton to friends and colleagues traveling to Cirebon
