We had a wonderful stay here with our son, both sets of grandparents, and our dog, and it was perfect for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was fantastic. The spa was lovely and a great place to relax, and the food was brilliant throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, although it did take a little while to arrive. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a lovely kids’ room and outdoor space that our little one really enjoyed. It’s also amazing for dogs, which made travelling with our pet so easy and enjoyable. We stayed in the 4-bedroom Grand Cottage, which was fantastic. Having private parking and easy access to all the facilities made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay

Everything was absolutely perfect

The room was comfortable and clean, with a kettle provided for tea and coffee, which was great. The only thing missing was guest toiletries — cotton pads are always handy. I usually bring my own, but on this occasion I had forgotten them, so they would have been a nice addition. Breakfast offered a decent selection. The egg option was scrambled only, but I was told that if I wanted something different, they would make it. I would suggest adding a second tea/coffee station, as there was a queue every time. The location of the hotel was great. We were there for a show at the Hippodrome, and it was only a 10-minute walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
