A really nice stay in a great location for Aira Force, Ullswater & Keswick. It's an old building so a few creaking floorboards but all added to the lovely warm welcoming vibe. Beds super comfy, towels very plush and great Pure Lakes toiletries. The bar was buzzing with locals and visitors alike and the food was really good. We had a good night's sleep and woke to a lovely breakfast. We will definitely return

We have stayed at this hotel several times & as usual staff were friendly & hotel lovely.
Room was immaculate with everything we needed.
Breakfast delicious with good choice of food.
Only slight issue was poor shower.
Wouldn’t stop us returning though !
