8 beds, 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, pool, covered patio, bbq and fire pit,
Pool will be open June 1.
The main house
Three beautiful bedrooms including a fireplace in the master (king, twin, queen,. The home has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, dining and a living room with a tv complete with streaming and wifi.


The Bunk house offers 2 sleeping areas , two sets king size bunk beds and one queen bed in the loft (5 beds total) This space offers a large living area, smart tv, streaming, and wifi.
Guests have full access to Bunk house and main house during their stay.

This cottage has it all! Skip the seaweed and enjoy a few days poolside soaking up the sun or find some shade under the covered porch and grill up something tasty for lunch.
Spend summer nights catching fireflies around the firepit or playing cards with friends and family in the Bunk house.
You will find plenty of toys for the kids and even some for the adults. This is our personal cattage and we have just about anything you could ever need to be comfortable. We love sharing our space when we cant be there ourselves.

Just one block from the charming downtown West Branch, grab a bite to eat , catch a movie, or do some shopping at one of the local boutiques. There is no shortage of great golf courses, lakes, rivers, or parks .(Irons park for the family , St. Hellen’s for ORV rental, Houghton lake for boat rentals and plenty of Rivers for tubing)

Everything You Need For A Great Price
Comfortable beds, everything you need for kitchen and bath, close to everything. We stayed in the winter so couldn't enjoy the other half of the listing, so looking forward to that later this year. Great stay in West Branch. Will stay again.

Ben was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure that we had all of the the things necessary to help make my toddler and infant as comfortable as possible (including leaving out an extra pack-n-play, toys, fans, etc.). Having the two separate buildings was very useful to superset the kids with different schedules and keeping the crying infant from waking up the rest of the family. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful Stay
The property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Walking distance to downtown, as well as a few beautiful parks. The pool was awesome and the bomb-fire pit at night made for some extra fun! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an easy stay with family or friends.

Relaxing weekend
Never been to West Branch, this was the perfect way to enjoy it. Hung out by the pool first day and was able to quickly walk downtown for dinner at the brewery and caught a movie at the old school theater across the street. Next day we walked around the downtown, went to a few nice antique stores and saw that a pretty big art fair was going on in a park down the street. They had a ton of vendors selling local stuff. Came back in time to sit by the pool and order a pizza. Overall great experience and value.
