Beautiful room that was quiet and comfortable. The Lazy Goat Tavern was excellent. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing at the spa as well. Overall, amazing stay.

I’ve been staying in hotels for decades and have NEVER encountered staff as rude as the staff at this hotel. I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience for simply waiting in line and checking into/out of my room. I was truly shocked by home rude the staff were. Also, not clean.

"The hotel was clean but could be a gem especially for those traveling into town for a wedding at the Barn at Lord Howe with some work. The beds were more like cots to me and not very comfortable. The showers (we had three rooms) all leaked water all over the floor and the bathrooms were very dated. ..."
