"The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean.
The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic.

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "Wir hatten im Waldhotel Bärenstein eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Mit dem Personal waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Das einzige was von uns zu bemängeln war ist das Abendessen. Wir hatten das Gefühl das Essen war nicht frisch gekocht sondern aufgewärmt. "
"Lage verkehrsgünstig, aber 3 km von der innenstadt entfernt. Zimmer und Bad groß genug, modern eingerichtet und ruhig, vor dem Fenster leider ein vermülltest Dach. Frühstück "verfügbar" aber leider nur mit Zusatzkosten und erst ab 8 Uhr."
"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"
