The property wasn’t as described, and customer service after the stay was appalling - slow responses, repeated spam-like messages, and an unwillingness to offer a fair resolution.The resolution offered didn't come close to making up for a uncomfortably cold, sleepless night and poor treatment. We’ve stayed in several tiny homes before - this was by far the worst value and most frustrating experience."
