"Perfect location for the steam trains. Lovely staff behind the bar. Not a lot of parking but we did manage to get parked. Good variety of breakfast. Dinner was lovely and big portions. Restaurant themed around the steam trains, great for enthusiasts. Thankyou "

" The reception and rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator or escalator so had to bring all luggages up a very small stairs. There is also no air conditioner in the room and we couldn’t open the window as the mosquitoes were coming in the room. It’s also not safe to keep the windows open all night as it’s so easy for someone to climb into the room through the windows. The good things are the bus stop right in front of the hotel and the supermarket is right next to it. The breakfast is very boring."

"We really loved this hotel. Convenient walk from where we parked on the street; in a restricted traffic area so you can easily bring your luggage inside. Quick check in and friendly service. Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The breakfast was our absolute favorite of the entire trip! We only spent two days and one night in wenigerode but when we visit again I would stay at this hotel. "

"Jutta was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. The property was clean light and just the right size for two. Situated in a lovely garden on the edge of town the centre accessible by bus or foot.it was so quiet. Great location to explore the Harz mountains. Overall very impressed with the value for money and the property as a whole.."
