8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

9/10 Wonderful! (20 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location near city center and the train station which made travel between other cities very easy. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance distance. There are a huge variety of restaurants near by. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very welcoming.

"The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is absolutely excellent! The decor is dated from the nineties but kept clean. The AC however was defective throughout the building and the fact that the windows don’t fully open made it unpleasantly hot. This appears to be a longer issue that could have ..."
