Non of the staff speaks english. The body language is the only way to communicate. I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the train station, while it is close to the older main train station, most of the high speed trains come into the newer South Wenzhou station that’s 30-45 minutes by cab away. This is a newer hotel so the condition’s were OK, my only gripes would be the lack of air conditioning, lack of English TV options and no local restaurants within walking distance. The staff seemed to have trouble processing my reservation, so checking in took awhile. Beware! The cab drivers don’t like going to the airport from this part of town!
