There are couple things I didn't like 1) customer smokes in NON-SMOKING floor 2) There is a loud music beat coming from the park where locals go to exercise. If you want a quiet room, don't pay extra for the view because you will hear the music daily. The hotel is dated though, must have been really nice before but there are cracks forming on the bathroom tiles and the window does not close properly. There is construction nearby does cause some noise in the room I was staying in. The staff though is very very good, they're doing their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed in the hotel.
