"This place was a very pleasant surprise. We needed a place to stop near our route and this place was truly wonderful. The breakfast was above and beyond. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
