Wrong room assigned and had to gather things go back down and get new keys and move to new room. Pull out couch had spring popping out. Water pressure was so low you couldn’t take a shower and even the toilet couldn’t flush. Only one bottle of water in the room. Too bad because it looks like a nice hotel with a good selection of restaurants and good location.

The location is excellent, the spa is wonderful, and the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, the room itself made the stay much less enjoyable. We stayed in a two room suite, which is a great setup for families. However, getting a good night’s sleep was nearly impossible. The air conditioning sounded like a tractor running in the room earplugs are basically a necessity. There was also a constant low, rumbling noise that made me wonder whether the plumbing or other mechanical systems need to be checked. The soundproofing is also extremely poor. The walls feel paper-thin. We were on the fourth floor and could literally hear everything: people talking in the hallway, shouting, conversations from nearby rooms everything. We called about the noise, but unfortunately it continued. The morning was no better. The housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the hallways, with very little consideration for guests who might still be sleeping. You could hear them as soon as they arrived on the floor, and it definitely felt as though it was time to get out of your room, whether you were ready or not. I am not someone who normally complains about every little thing, but the noise level here was impossible to ignore. When a guest reports excessive noise, I really think it should be taken seriously, especially when the building already has such poor soundproofing. It’s unfortunate because this property has so much going for it: a perfect location, a wonderful spa
