The breakfast was very basic with some crossionts, boiled egg, and few slices of cuts.
The rooms are super basic but clean
The location is however exceptional, just 15 minutes walk to Colloseum

Rooms clean and tidy. Staff were very attentive, breakfast had plenty choice for not being a buffet. Freshly made and enjoyable.
Went at the end of March so didn’t use air conditioning so can’t comment.
