"Overall, we had a nice night visit. The bathroom was nicely renovated, the room itself was dated, old chairs to sit in that we’re not comfortable. The staff at the desk was average, not overly friendly. Location to town was excellent, less than a five minute walk. Piano performance in the lobby at night and breakfast were the highlights, especially the lady who played the alpenhorn at breakfast!"

"Beautiful setting and clean, bright and spacious rooms. The construction equipment and pile of chairs left in the walkway area took away from the beauty. When we asked for a second blanket for the pull out couch the answer was “no”. "

"My mother and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the staff was nice and the hotel was clean. They have an amazing breakfast with waffle makers, a pancake maker, and lots of options. They have popcorn and cookie time. It’s not the quietest hotel as it’s older, so the sound from the other guests and the traffic can disturb you if you’re a light sleeper. I would suggest bringing ear plugs, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
