"First checked in and they said there’s no hot tub and their website clearly states they do have a hot tub which is the only reason why we stay there. Then there were bugs coming out of the jetted tub in our room. The TV remote had to be reprogrammed to the TV cause it wouldn’t work with the volume. The place is very rundown trashy looking around the outside. Room description said soundproof rooms and they were not. The windows in our room wouldn’t even close and lock correctly so I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to open from outside. Front desk lady at check in was rude and same bad attitude when we checked out. This used to be one of my favorite places to stay, but now I will never go back there again just terrible."

"Our second stay here and will definitely go back. Great price, clean, great breakfast, and friiendly, helpful staff. The only issue was that the lobby printer wasn't working, so I was allowed to print from a computer at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was ok. Nothing special. A bit dated Check in took a long time (i feel) about 15 mins. Then sent us to a dirty room. After another 15 more mins they found us a clean room. "

"We got to our room very late in the early morning hours drove 11 hours and then found that we could not get into our room the door key would not work. It took staff over 30 minutes to get us into our room and then they still could not leave us a door key to get back into our room if we needed to leave and come back. Very inconvenient for us. Someone had to stay in room to let the other in if needed to leave. No offer from front desk to make it right with us. Wish they would remember we are the customer. I believe they need to be more on top of maintenance. It might have been clean but if you can get into room to enjoy some sleep from a long trip then to me it’s not worth staying."

"The only negative would be that there were a lot of steps! A lot of steps leading into the house and then a lot of steps leading up to the room. This will not keep us away and I understand it’s the makeup of the house. Beautiful home."
