"When we arrived the staff was friendly and checked us in. We left the room and came back and the lock wouldn't work. A staff member came up to the room and was not able to open the door so we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. They were going to give us a different room then they were able ..."

"This place was amazing. They accommodated every thing we needed. We are handicapped and traveling with our daughter and three grandchildren. They gave us adjoining rooms and it made it super convenient for us. Would recommend this hotel for all close to a Hershey Park and restaurants and fun."
