Booked an upgraded room and what I was assigned was nothing like the pictures. They did end up shuffling us to a better room (still not the one in the pictures) but the hotel is beaten up, the carpets are gross, and after 7 phone calls I still couldn't get anyone to answer. They need a serious redo. Only redeeming factor was the breakfast.

Love the history of this building. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. I enjoy the restaurant. I love the displays and history of the building and the historic redevelopment.
