On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted. After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed. Deeply disappointed and will not recommend
