Hood area. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that’s perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories. The home flows seamlessly into a cozy sunroom that opens to a private deck with a hot tub—perfect for soaking under the stars while overlooking the lush greenspace beyond. With one bedroom conveniently located on the main floor, the home is also a great option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
